For a healthy diet, we recommend you the following:


Eat moderate amounts of food appropriate for energy needs in 5 small, multiple meals per day.
The diet should consist foods rich with beneficial nutrients that the body needs.
It has to be a varied diet that contains all food categories including milk, meat, vegetables, fruit and starches.
Drink at least 2 liters of water per day / 8 cups.
Use dishes that match the amount of food for each meal.
Exercise on daily basis (Physical activity, such as walking 30-60 minutes a day).
Replacing carnivore fats with vegan fats, such as olive oil in small quantities.
Reduce consumption of simple sugars such as sugar and Arabic sweets.
