To obtain a work visa in Qatar, you must obtain a work contract, and then go to the Embassy of Qatar in the country where you reside, and apply for a visa,
The application shall be accompanied by the following documents:
1) Copy of a valid passport for at least six months 
2) Two photographs with the same specifications of passport photo with white background for each
3) booking flight
4) Copy of the contract of employment or letter of employment

We would like to inform you that visa 18 in Kuwait means obtaining an entry visa on the local sector and you may obtain it after obtaining an employment contract and a work permit from the Ministry of Social Affairs so that you may apply to the Immigration Department and submit an application provided that you attach the following documents:

*Work permit issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs

*A copy of  signature authorization

*A copy of the sponsored's passport
