the issue is that i have not used the credit card and they are sending the massages of payment when i called cc they are telling me its late payment fees that u have not payed the insurance fees my question is with my approval how did u activated the insurance

Sir actually when the agent gave credit card he said that the card is life time freeAnd now few days before I called to customer care and they are telling me that our insurance is auto default my question is with my approval how can they activate the insurance
