Article 298
A person shall be deemed to have committed an offense of insult if he is directed to another in any of the ways set out in Article 296, including a breach of honor or dignity, but does not include assigning a specific incident to such third parties.
Article 299
Any person who commits an offense of libel shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or a fine not exceeding two thousand riyals or both.
Article 300
Any person who commits an offense shall be punished by imprisonment for a period not exceeding six months or by a fine not exceeding five hundred riyals or by both penalties.
Article 301
Any person who issued any words, movements, writing or any other acts that would prejudice the dignity of the Governor or the Deputy Governor shall be punished by imprisonment for a period not less than three months and not exceeding three years.
In regard to the Labor Law, if the termination of work without the existence of evidence is considered an arbitrary chapter requires the employer to pay compensation to the worker and that compensation is estimated by the court so it is possible to go to the social affairs in the Ministry of Labor and submit a complaint against the employer\company.
