I just want to ask about health insurance because I'm 7months working now in al mashawi restaurant and cafe but until now they didn't give me health insurance, I ask about it so many times but the hr told me its mandatory all the staff working there have no health insurance, I want to know if we right to have an health insurance as an employee.. Thank you so much I hope I can get an answer .
