I was masturbating and when I ejaculated there was a lot of blood couldn't see the semen, I tried to urinate but it was hard. I felt something moving in my penis then chunks of blood came out then little urine mixed with blood. The blood was reddish to dark. I feel no pain. Note: I take alot of panadol and Im wonderng if it's my liver that is bleeding
