What is your diagnosies ?

well, it is rarely for hepatities A to return after 4 months from being infected unless there is a strong source to get infected and yu must do liver enzyme to be sure there is hepatites A infection 

How is your treatment ?

you must avoid the route of infection by using good hygine and clean your hands after bathroom  and try not to eat from street food and avoid infected people as it is anal oral transmitted.
well you need good hydration and drink plenty of water and use of soap and take paracetamol 3 times daily also you should take rawachol 4 cap. daily 

What are the investigation ?

- ALT 
-AST 
- bilirubin direct and total 
- ALK
- LDH 
- hepatites A antigen 
- abdominal ultrasound
