My friend applied for UK Asylum. His asylum is...
My friend applied for UK Asylum. His asylum is accepted and he has been granted a temporary permit for 5 years to stay there. I want to know can he apply for a spouse visa for myself to take me to UK with him.
Also, currently as per his visa conditions he cannot travel back to his homecountry. Will the same conditions apply to me too?
