How to treat bird scratching ?

first of all you must clean it good by water wash then dry it properly then you must use iodine direct to sctrach and use of beneocyn pwder if there is wound  openning or fucidin cream if there is infection then you must cover it by sterile gauze and use of doxycyclin 500 3 times daily 

What are the diagnosies ?

mostly you complain from wound infection but you must exclude out scabies or toxoplasmsies 

What are the investigation ?

- CBC 
- tempreture dregree 
- histoaptlalogy for a smear from infected scratch
