Ok so I am located in Dubai and the person I am referring to is located in the UK. His asylum has been accepted. I want to know if he can apply for a spouse visa after we get married and will I have the same conditions as his visa?

My friend applied for UK Asylum. His asylum is accepted and he has been granted a temporary permit for 5 years to stay there.
