i am having chest tightness sometimes left...
i am having chest tightness sometimes left sometimes center. Even when i sleep on my back i get that feeling. I also feel at times a blocked feeling in my throat. Also a pain at the center of the back.
I am cleared by Cardiologist.
Also i have undergone the upper endoscopy and the results is negative. What can be the reason of my discomfort?

chest tightness and blocked throat ... what is the treatment ?
the treatment of such cases is usually given according to the main coause of such complain and in case if you are free cardiologically and cleared by the endoscopic exam so we have to think about other casues such as musculoskeletal or nerologicla diseases such as chronic pain syndrome that is treated by anticonvulsants such as pregabalin or even gastrointestinal causes such as GERD that is treated by PPI class of drugs such as lanzoprazole or even an infectious causes such as pregabalin
