I was hired from outside Kuwait and my employer...
I was hired from outside Kuwait and my employer provided my family and I with expatriation tickets and covered the cost of our shipment. I have now been terminated after 1.5 years of service.
My question is does my employer have to provide my repatriation tickets for myself and family as well as the cost of shipment back to home country or not? My employment contract does not cover this point.
