The contract has to be written and authorized by the Administration, made in THREE copies, both parties get one per each and the third copy is archived at the Administration. The contract shall define the main and sub duties and rights of both parties. The employer has to enable the worker from working and giving him / her duties with every equipment. Therefore, if the worker comes to work ready for work and available fully and the employer has not facilitated work for him / her, the employee shall be considered as usually working and deserves the regular pay.
