We would like to inform that Muslim expatriates, regardless of nationality, can complete marriage in the Kuwaiti courts with the following documents:
- Civil ID or passport for residents
- Formal written paper of the Executive Committee and proof of identity for illegal residents
- Limiting the inheritance of the widow's wife
- The inheritance is confiscated if the guardian is deceased
Divorce certificate for divorced wife
- Special Agency
- A marriage permit issued by the employer if the husband is military
Marriage may also take place in either the Egyptian embassy or the Philippines in Kuwait
