Good morning I'm Shite Evaristus from Cameroon. There's a situation I've found myself I need your help. I've been working with Flora Boring company in Ajman starting from June 2019 up till date the company has not been able to issue me an emirates id up till now. I went on medical August last year the result was successful but I don't know what's happening that up till now my emirates id is not out. I've gone several times in our office asking for the emirates id they keep on promising me up till now.

We would like to inform you that according to the Federal Residence Law first, in the event that the employer applied for the visa for you, the period taken to issue it is sixty days.
And in the event of its issuance, the health insurance card and the Emirates ID card must be issued, and the non-issuance of the identity card means that you do not apply for the visa from the employer.
We recommend that you go immediately to the labor office, evaluate the complaint and explain the matter in detail so that it is not subject to any legal issues and until the sponsor is called in and obligated to issue the visa and settle the card with the sponsor’s knowledge
