As long as you have an UAE identity card and it has been issued, this means that your data has been registered within the Federal Authority for Identity and Nationality and you can retrieve a lost identity card from there. You can then apply to the Federal Authority for Identity and Nationality for a lost replacement card with the original valid residence document attached to the valid passport and pay fees of up to 300 dirhams .
