Unlimited work contract:
An indefinite work contract is an open and more flexible contract that is widely used in the UAE and can be terminated by mutual consent or by written notification one to three months in advance and the parties to the contract must respect their obligations throughout the notification period.
In the event that one of the parties does not comply with the contractual terms, the work relationship will be terminated without the need for prior notice. The injured party can initiate legal procedures to obtain any rights or compensation
