My card declined the transaction from mobile

We would like to inform you that if a message is sent to your phone from the bank stating that a balance has been deducted from your account, then you may go to the bank that sent you this message to inquire about the reason for the deduction and its amount in order to check the validity of the deduction and if it is not valid you may submit a complaint to the bank manager.
