My question is I have gold jewellery trading office in Dubai. I had bank account since 1 year in Emirates Nbd but suddenly for no reason they closed my company account saying whole gold n jewellery segment is high risk category so simply they closed account I had no suspicious transition & no loans in my account, Now I approach other bank to open account but no bank opening account for jewellery trading licence. So how to business without account . what solution u can give on this .

We would like to inform you that the complaint regarding the closure of the account was submitted to the Central Bank in its capacity as the bank responsible for the banking activities
If your request has not been complied with, you can go and file a case against the bank and explain the information of the inquiry in the laws of the case in order to obtain a judicial ruling in your favor, and then we recommend to hire a lawyer in this regard to take up the case for you.
