treatment of skin itching by use drugs to reduce itching as lortadine tab 10 mg twice daily befor bed , and Avoid substance or items that irritate you and cause itching , and Use high quality moisting cream as betaderm cream 3 times per day , and Use creams or gel that cool your skin , and Avoid scratching , and Apply cool wet towels to affected areas , and Reduce stress , and Paying attention to healthy foods rich in vitamins, drinking lots of water daily, and treating chronic diseases if any present
?  What are the investigation required 
Clinical examination of the patient by a dermatologist , and Complete blood count to detect infection and Liver function , and Kidney function must be done
?  what are the symptoms of itching

• Skin bumps
• Dry, cracked skin
