Hi.. we currently living in qatar.. my husband worked as a general manager in a upvc company.. they forced him to resign from the job.. they told they will give NOC. But now they are refusing to give the NOC letter. How can we get NOC in qatar.. he had contract for 5 years. 5 months left to finish the contract.
