?  What is the management of headache
Headache is treated by taking paracetamol tab 500 mg tablets every 6 hours , and
treating migraines if available by taking amigraine adico two pills daily for 10 days, With sinisitis treatment by taking augmentin tab 500 mg two pills daily for 5 days , and have balanced healthy diet contain all essential nutrients to body, with drink water as much as you can , and sleep well and regularly , and avoid anxiety and stress  , with taking Vitamin supplements especially iron , and treat chronic illness if present as anemia

Physical examination by family doctor , and Complete blood count for detect of anemia and infection and  Blood glucose for detect sugar level in blood
