No, I did not penetrate anything. I have a restraining order against me from someone in the US (no contact order) and I sent her an email (which is a violation of this order), but I was in Egypt and was after a head trauma. (Is that a defense that I violated the order in another country if the order stated that it is enforceable in the US)

Thanks. I will make it more clear. Someone issued an order from a court in the US. The order is saying that I can not communicate by any way with that person (phone, emails, ...etc).Also the order is stating that it is enforceable anywhere in the US. Then, I sent an email to that person (which should be considered as a violation of the order), but I was in Egypt (different country). Can this be considered as a violation if the violation happened outside the US?

In this case, we have to look at the agreement or the accord. If this agreement is ONLY in effect in the US, then your act is not a violation. However, if the agreement or term is not to deal or contact him in any way, then your act will be considered a violation to the agreement and you could be facing legal charges
