We don’t sign any contract for both parties and we just agreed on that for almost 5 years we are sending containers to them. It just happen that they are not paying the balance amount of what we have send to them.

you have to be having an agreement with the other person / party in order to file a case. However, if you can prove this agreement in any way or by witnesses, then you will be able to raise a case and attach the proof-document of such

We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.

As I have already mentioned, you have to raise a case to claim a compensation on the losses that occur after the  termination of the contract and not committing to the terms of the agreement. 
You can use the witnesses and the documents of the products that prove the relationship and to prove the act of not commitment
