It contain the following : ALPHA KETOANALOGUE 381 mg+L HISTIDINE 38 mg+L LYSINE 105 mg+L THREONINE 53 mg+TRYPTOPHAN 23 mg+TYROSINE 30 mg

dosing : 
1.187 grams 
of alpha-ketoglutarate plus 0.813 grams of calciumcarbonate three times weekly has been used.
