Restore iphone to back old version using a computer with iTunes installed to download iTunes
Close the phone and connect the iPhone to the computer
Open the iTunes program
Press the down button with the hum button together until the shape of the apple appears
STOP PRESS the button down while holding down the HOM button until the iTunes signal appears on the screen
Stop press on the HOME button and a message will appear on iTunes
Stop press on the Home screen button when you see the iTunes touch screen.
Then press the Restore iphone button to restore the system as in the image in the iTunes program on the computer
