how to clean uterus from period blood ?
your uterus is natually capable of clearing it self by contracting and removing past period blood ( endometrium ) then by vaginal muscle movement 
should do any manual cleaning by your self ?
its only recommanded to do the cleaning superficially , means using the period sanitaries as well do water wash the outer area of vagina , no need to do more 
other advises :
