In this case, you have to know your job well and what you have agreed with the employer, and to realize whether there was a term of travelling outside UAE for work or NOT.
If there is no term talks of you travelling, you have the right to plea whether on travelling to Singapore or any other country outside.However, if travelling is a term in your contract, then you cannot plea or oppose. Keep in mind that currently the ONLY country that no one can travel to is CHINA.
