To cancel visa, or for exit permit, or even check the cancellation process,

You may apply online and complete an application at MOI - Exit Services,

Or you may submit the application « form » at General Directorate for Borders Passports and Expat Affairs,

Or at the immigration offices located near your area.

They will keep you informed aboit the process and if your visa has been cancelled or not.

You can also check the application status with any airline company, they can do the check up for you through their online resources.

You can visit the embassy / consulate of your country and ask them to check your visa status too.
