My employer processing my CID now, and waiting for the results for almost 3weeks already, is it possible that i might get rejected because of unpaid credit card yrs ago before i left the philippines?

The credit card issue in the Philippines will not affect you obtaining the ID in UAE. This process requires submitting the following attachments on the ID card:
The Original valid Passport
Original Residence Permit valid. OR processing residence without ID card, as this can do it
