I want to donate my kidney

We would like to inform you that organ donation process is regulated by Federal Law No. (5) of 2016, regulating the transfer andtransplantation of organs and human tissues

According to this law, if you want to donate organs, you should go to the National Center for the transfer of members or you should go to any medical center for the transfer of members who will take the procedures directly.

The transfer of organ from alive person can only be to:

·         Relatives up to the fourth degree.

·         Couples who have been married for at least 2 years.

·         Relatives of either spouse for the other spouse up to the fourth degree.

·         Reciprocal transport of organs and human tissues taken from relatives of the donor and transferred up to the fourth degree.
