Regarding return to Qatar under a new visa, there is nothing to prevent you but on condition that your services have not been terminated because of violation of the terms of the contract so that you may not return to Qatar after years, as stipulated in Article 19 of the Regulation of Entry and Exit of Foreigners in Qatar.
