Please note that according to the facts presented to us in your inquiry and in accordance with Qatari Companies Law No. (11) for the year 2015, the basic principle here is that profits and losses are distributed as agreed and according to the capital involved and the ratio of each, but without agreement on partnership and clarification of the details, losses are distributed equally, unless one partner proves the opposite of the other's claim in terms of his percentage in the partnership.
In the event of litigation and legal action, it is provided that the distribution shall be made in equal shares after verification by the court of the content of the partnership and the agreement between the partners.
