treatment of rough and dry skin can by use creams to control itching and Moisturize the skin like protopic or elidel cream 3 times per day , and use antibiotic to prevent secondary infection like neomycin cream , and use anti-histamine drug such as lortadine tab 10 mg twice daily for 5 days , and use wet dressing , and avoid scratching , and avoid substance or items that irritate you and cause dry skin , and if no response we can use light therapy
