What is the cause of the feeling of numbness during sleeping or when getting up ?
As it appears in your health condition, the most common cause of this condition is sleep on the same side , which leads to interruption of nerve supply and blood supply in that area due to the pressure that is being produced, and this numbness will be relieved in a relatively short time
What are the other possible reasons?
1. Direct injury to the hand
2. Lack of minerals or vitamins, such as: vitamin B12, calcium
What's next?
1. Improving sleep mode
2. Changing the bed (which may be the cause of the uncomfortable sleep mode)
3. If the condition persists, please consult a specialist
If the situation persists, you should do the following :
1. Consult a general practitioner to perform the necessary checks
2. Performing tests for the level of Calcium, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D
3. If you have calcium or B12 deficiency , doctor will give you suppliments
