Does multivitamin pills cause spotting and should you stop it ?
multivitamin pills doesnt cause spotting , and there is no need to stop taking it 
What are the causes of spotting ?
spotting usually caused by hormonal changes , and its usually mild and short-termed , but if its lasted longer or became bleeding , you need to visit doctor 
What do to next if the spotting lasted or become bleeding ?
1. consult a OBGYN doctor to do a routine checks and make sure everything is ok 
2. the needed examinations are :
- physical examiantion
- productive system hormones 
- ultrasound imaging test 
General advices :
besides the following , do the next :
1. get a healthier meals 
2. exercise 
3. avoid stress 
4. avoid smoking 
5. have plenty of rest 
6. make sure you are not taking any medication that may effect your period as a side effect
