I am a lebanese citizen born in nigeria but only carry the lebanese nationality. I am in applying for an immigrant visa through my mom who is a US citizen will the nee ban on Nigeria affect my process?

We would like to inform you that it is a very high possibility that the political decision issued by the US government related to the travel ban to Nigeria, which will get into force on 22nd of February 2020, may affect. However, the Nigerian authorities may agree to let you enter the country and obtain a permanent residence as you are a Lebanese citizens and the ban includes only "specific categories of immigrant visas to focus on people planning to reside in the US.”
