My question relates to Kenyan family law

We would like to inform you that according to the Kenyan Family Law, and regarding to guardianship over the son if the mother’s guardianship is here, and you are in UAE, it’s possible to do attorney to any person on your behalf to one of the friends or relatives residing in Kenya, who in turn undertakes to review the attorney within the limits of working to file a case to drop the guardianship from the mother
And submit the reasons and justifications for requesting that. So whoever specializes in dropping the guardianship from the mother if the conditions for dropping the court are available

It should be noted that, with your presence in the UAE, the effective guardianship in the state is the guardianship of the mother and with regard to the guardianship of you from Kenya it can be dropped by acting as a power of attorney for any person residing in Kenya, who is responsible for submitting a request to remove the will in front of the competent court, with the necessity to explain the reasons in detail before it.
