6- Presenting a certificate from the foreign party (the wife) who is willing to marry her embassy in Cairo, in her marital status, age and religion. (A certificate of proof must be presented, whether Christian or Jewish, because the law prohibits marriage to an atheist).
7- Presenting another certificate from the foreign party (the wife) who wants to marry his embassy, stating that her country is not reluctant to marry.
Second: After completing the required papers and procedures, the Ministry of Justice located in Lazoghly Square in Cairo (Foreigners Marriage Office - Fourth Floor) will be directed to and all previous procedures will be taken in the foreigners marriage office.
Third: - After completing the termination and documentation of the marriage contract and receiving the contract, it will be stamped from the relevant real estate month and located next to the Bar Association in Cairo, and then be authenticated from any documentation office affiliated to the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
