I have my police clearance from qatar. And I legalized it in Qatar foreign ministery. I wanted to legalize in argentina embassy but they want to understand why I want to legalize it. My wife travelled with a tourist visa to Argentina to deliver there. By law the new born will have the Argentinian nationality and parents can request it too. But they need to provide police clearance certificate for the countries where they livef the past 5 years. We have 6 years here in Qatar. But i cannot give this reason to the embassy because when we applied for the tourist visa, we mentionned that my wife was not pregnant. So I was thinking that if I do it through a lawyer maybe you could get it done.

Another option: Qatar is not part of the Hague. However Argentina is part of it. Can we get an apostille without passing by the embassy of Argentina in Qatar?
