you mostly complain from facial nerve palsy 

What are the types of it ?

- transient and it's the most common 
- permenant and came with head injuery or other neurology disease 

How to treat ?

- dexamethasone injection once daily for 5 days 
- b12 injection every 2 days for 2 weeks 
- gabatrex capsule 3 times daily 
- pregabalin 75 twice daily 
- physical therapy 

What are the investigation ?

- EEG
- mri for head and neck
