I worked in Qatar for 2 years in a supply company...
I worked in Qatar for 2 years in a supply company management Solutions international but without my permission they renewed my Qatar ID for the 3rd year and they didn't approve my vacation and my father was sick and I was depressed on the completion of 2nd year I took emergency leave I came back again I went in emergency the problem is I said I will resign they didn't accept it and instead of that they approved my first emergency leave and I came back and resigned then also they didn't accept it they didn't made any agreement for the 3rd year and didn't ask my permission for the 3rd year Qatar ID they said they will terminate if I am not coming back on the particular date and give me another site to work but later they are informing they terminated me from company and if I come back they will send me back to india now my question is they have to pay my gratuity money for two years and because of them I was not able to come for Qatar for 8 months so is it possible for me to get back my gratuity money and if I file a case for that 8 months can I get my salary

We would like to inform you that if the deportation was due to work termination, then the ban will be for 3 years, as the below article from Qatar Residence Law states:
Article 19:
- A foreigner, who has obtained a permission to enter or to reside for a certain purpose, or to work with a certain party, shall not breach this purpose or join another work.
A foreigner shall leave the country immediately after the end of the purpose or work for which he has obtained the permission to enter or reside, and he shall leave the country in case of cancellation of sponsorship for any reason whatsoever.
The Minister of Interior may approve the transfer of sponsorship of a foreigner to another work owner, if he considers that the country's interest so requires.
- If a foreigner worker has been terminated from his work because of breaching the terms of work contract and has departed the country, he shall not be permitted to return to Qatar, except after three years at least from his departure.
