Permanent Residence Application:

Foreigners with the right of residence shall submit an application form in the offices of the Immigration Directorate of the capital Bucharest with the following documents:

• Document for crossing borders (Passport) Original and photocopy.
• Proof of place of living (origin and image) can be done through: a contract of sale - purchase, a lease contract with a person or institution, contracts with persons to be registered in the Tax Directorate, a court order, a written declaration giving you a place in the landlord's residence attached to the ownership contract for that landlord, confirmation of granting you a place in the landlord's residence can only be done by the notary public, an issued document showing that the applicant is included in the agricultural register of the rural area.
