I want to ask if can bring my wife here in kuwait...

 We would like to inform you that to get the joining the family according to the conditions in the Ministerial Decision 1212 for 2004 that’s by applying in the Immigration and must match the below conditions:
The salary must not be less than 459 KD except the schools principals, socialists, lab workers in the governmental section.
Provide the civil ID for the resident expat.
Provide a copy of the passport valid for 6 months.
prove the relative connection
Article 1, Amiri Decree of the Alien Entry to Kuwait Law:
Expatriates are prohibited from entering or departing Kuwait without a valid passport issued by the formal authority in his/ her country.
 GCC nationals are exempted from this rule as they can use their national ID cards in lieu of a passport.
The Minister of Interior sets the related rules to determine this card by agreement with the countries mentioned above.
Article 2
The passport or its place of entry must be indicated by the entry visa from one of the consulates accredited abroad. A decision shall be issued by the head of the police and public security services on the types of features and the procedures to be followed for obtaining the attribute and the fees obtained.
