Why there is fluid coming out from wound infection ?

- when cough or sneezing ther is positive internal pressure 
- oinfected wound contain pus collectio or sserum collection 
- get out upon coughing 

How to treat ?

- surgeical drainage to clean the collection 
- fucidin cream 3 times daily 
- eryhtromycin 500 3 times daily 
- it may need suture to clse it after be sure there is no more fluid cllection inside it 

What are the investigation ?

- CBC 
- ultrasound for wound to rule out fluid collection 
- tempreture measuremant
