If the contract ends legally in accordance with what has been decided by the labour law, either by resignation, if its terms and procedures are fulfilled, or in agreement with the employer or at the end of the contract, you can, after the labour authority has cancelled the visa and your work card, obtain a new work contract, then extract the work permit and work with the new employer.
According to the Federal Labor Law:
Article (113)
 The employment contract shall terminate in one of the following cases :
1. If the parties agree to terminate it, provided that the worker's approval is given in writing.
2. If the period provided for in the contract expires, unless it has been explicitly or implicitly extended in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
3. On the basis of the will of one of the parties in contracts of indefinite duration, provided that they comply with the provisions of this Act on warnings and acceptable grounds for termination of the contract without abuse.
