Hi , I have a salary deduction on sick leave taken for 2 days. As our company provides us with medical insurance cards , which has expired in december 2019. And I had taken leave in January. I have even reported that my insurance card has expired and that's why I couldn't consult a doctor as it was expensive .. please advise me if the company has taken a right step of deducting my salary on non submission of medical certificate.
