If you mean about documenting the divorce between you and your spouse, you should go to the Legal Authentication Department at the competent court, which is located within your residence place / country, and submit an application for authorizing, along with attaching with the following:
The original marriage contract, civil ID for Kuwaitis - civil ID or passports for residents.
As for illegal residents, they have to attach a letter from the Executive Committee and proof his / her Identity for both parties competent to the Authentication transaction
Last, attached civil ID for two witnesses
