I am a Sri Lankan and this case is in Sri Lanka and Lanka has Roman Dutch Law. I am going to make a complain to the Judiciary Commission and to the Supreme Court in Sri Lanka. However now it seems all the doctors in Sri Lanka are trying to spoil the matter to safe guard that psychiatrist who misled my wife. Therefore it seems I am not getting a solution for this matter within Sri Lanka because Supreme Court will issue the order based on doctors witness only. Therefore I want to know how I can make complain in International Human Rights Organization. My wife was with me in Dubai and she fled away to Sri Lanka on 08/08/2018 while I was at work. And on 07/11/2018 she had file the Divorce Case against me. Child was born in Dubai on 17/08/2016. He has Sri Lankan Passport but until now the application for Sri Lankan citizenship has not been processed. My wife has given only the Birth Certificate to the Courts. She has not given even a copy of a passport to the Passport. In this case can the Court give orders regarding the custody of my child ?
