I have a loan in Philippines and i was not able to pay it now they sue me because of that loan and whats bad is that loan we signed checks now i hand bounced check violation i guess can they request to deport me to the Philippines?

It is unlikely to get deported from the UAE because there are judicial rulings against you in the Philippines, as this requires different complicated procedures and is not often implemented.

So even if i have a case there and they request for me to be deported it wont be easy because there are a lot of process yeah? But there is a possibility correct? Because i made an arrangement this year to pay for it on a monthly basis and they told me the case will only be dismissed as well as the travel ban upon full payment.

It is preferable to finish with this case, either with paying the money or reconcile. Because, the possibility of being deported is likely even if ti is slight
